Ukulena wants you to never let go of yourself or your dreams. This album will help you stay strong on your path with light, and you just might relate to the lyrics of what little Pineapple Princess has to sing. Some may face the same feelings of life’s frustration, loss, challenges, fake friends, heartbreak, & much more; and of course there’s also heaps of love, light, passion, fun, cuteness, & dreaminess in Ukulena’s music too. Ukulena started writing her songs for her first album in 2016, started recording this Album in 2017, and released it as her first full length 13-song Album in 2018, thus creating the era of: “Don’t Let Go”. (There are a few music videos on her Ukulena YOUTUBE for some of her songs off her first Album! CHECK IT OUT! You can find all her links through her Linktree). This album has a lot of diversity & influence, so Ukulena doesn’t put one genre on this Album, it has a little bit of everything. She has many guest artists & friends on this album too, including musicians from bands you may know! Like, The Beach Boys (Tim Bonhomme on guest keys/piano), The Martini Kings (Tony Marsico, Joel Alpers, & Craig Fundyga), Cruzados (Tony Marsico), Brian Setzer Orchestra (Johnny Hatton & Bernie Dresel), The Adicts (Monkey - Keith Warren), Hot Rod Lincoln (Buzz Campell), Julian Johnson (Craic Haus), & her mom, Janelle Frese, and many more! She also pays a tribute to the great Charles Sheffield with her epic 1960’s cover of, “It’s Your Voodoo Working”. Get “Don’t Let Go” now on CD! This Album is online everywhere as well! This is to purchase her CD product to have a version of her art, hard work, and music in a physical form. And maybe one day when Ukulena has the $ she might put these songs on vinyl. Xo
